ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Let’s face it. As a leader, you’re probably really good at giving -your time, your talent, your passion. But how good are you at receiving? FUN coaching is all about you. A safe, confidential space for you to share your challenges and aspirations and to find solutions in sometimes unlikely places. We will dive deep into who you are, and identify how you can be a better, smarter creative leader. By leaning into a mixture of skills, tools, experience and deep industry knowledge, you’ll be able find your voice and amplify it where it counts. Through the 8 or 12 sessions, longer if you like, you will have access to all I know and can reach out in-between sessions if you need more support.
We’ll start with a lot of questions. Then we’ll put together a unique blueprint for success. Leading vs managing, delegating vs doing it all yourself, winning awards vs winning business… whatever you need I’ll be there. It’s revealing. It’s sometimes challenging. But its always FUN.

CREATIVE LEADERSHIP RETREATS
Come alone, or get a group together to visit my creative retreat space, which is heaven on earth at Topi Topi, 3 hours North of Sydney Australia. Depending on your needs, I will curate a 5 day workshop, with the option of adding on massage, reiki, NLP and more with the amazing local healers. It’s a great way of taking the stress out of becoming an even better leader. Our deep dive will cover everything from finding your own brand, to amplifying your voice, to championing world-class work and people. During our five days, you will have constant access to me, along with some of the world’s most stunning beaches and bushwalks. There is also the option to work with Jeremy Perrott, the changemaker who put healthcare creativity on the map and on the stage after visioning Cannes Lions Health. And if you can’t come to Australia (shame), I can also come to you for an intensive five day life-changing experience.
