My mum used to say treat people as you would want to be treated. Knowing kindness isn't weakness, but strength, knowing vulnerability takes courage, knowing who you are as a human before a boss ...all these things and more will engender loyalty. People are everything.


Take care of your people and the great work, the business growth and the accolades will follow. Have a vision, and don't be afraid to see it through. Or to have FUN. That’s just as important as winning business and loyalty too.
