KINDNESS IS NOT A WEAKNESS. IT IS A STRENGTH.

Kindness costs nothing. But it is something that has extraordinary value. Especially when you are a leader. Your kindness will contribute to how people feel about you. And as Maya Angelou said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Kindness doesn't mean fixing things for people. Or not challenging people. It means treating people as you would want to be treated yourself. When you are kind to others, you are actually kind to yourself. And there's a strength in that which is immeasurable. Kindness feels good. And it can be FUN.
